Michael Torres also called Myke towers is a Puerto Rican songwriter and rapper who was born in Rio Piedras Puerto Rico on 15 January 1994. Mike Towers became Myke Towers slightly in 2017 as a celebration of his fellow members of the Young Kingz Music Movement, where he is a resident. This was a shift of the first letter in the name to a "y" to honor the band. Myke has been involved in the underground rap scene in Puerto Rico since his teens. His first freestyles and songs were released on SoundCloud. His songs from 2014 Dia de cobro Por Mi Es Normal as well as En los Bloques made him an international star. He also drew attention from the music scene in urban areas with his performance of the freestyle La Nueva Droga and his rendition of the track, 0 to 100 by Drake.
