Julia-roberts
Julia Fiona Roberts is the daughter of Betty Lou Bredemus, and Walter Grady Roberts. She was born on 28 October 1967, in Atlanta. Roberts is part of the fourth generation of Robertses that reside in the Atlanta area beginning in the family of her grand-father John Pendleton Roberts a farmer. In the early years of his life the father of her mother became obsessed with theater. He performed on his Emory University campus in 1952 as well as in various productions that were staged around Atlanta. In 1953, he enlisted in the Air Force. While stationed at Biloxi in Mississippi, he appeared in a show with Betty Lou Bredemus. They got married in the year 1955 and the couple's first child Eric Anthony was born in 1956. Walter and his wife left the Air Force in the year 1957, when they enrolled Walter at Tulane University. Walter started working at Atlanta Academy Theater and Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio in 1960. Walter as well as Betty Lou produced a Saturday morning local television show for kids known as Bum Bum and His Buddies in 1964, a project they self-financed. The Actors and Writers Workshop was created in the year 1964 and ran for 6 years. They had two more children, Lelisa Billingsley (1965) (also called Lisa), and Julia Billingsley (1967) (also know as Julie).
