Ellie Goulding
Ellie Goulding was born Elena Jane Goulding in Hereford on December 30, 1986. The infectious electronic music of Ellie Goulding swiftly brought her to the top charts after she drew the attention of people in the year the year 2010. She was able to achieve this feat with her singles "Starry Eyed", and "Guns and Horses". Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. Goulding has a unique soprano scream, and an aptitude to write songs that are emotional with inspiring lyrics. Like her predecessors Kate Bush or Imogen, she is at forefront in the world of mainstream and the artful independent music. Polydor Records eventually signed Goulding to a big recording deal. The album she released was scheduled for release.
